Australia Post Standard (1-6 Business days after dispatch) Free Shipping Orders $75 and over $10.95 Orders under $75

Australia Post Express (1-3 Business days after dispatch) Free Shipping Orders $100 and over $14.45 Orders under $100

Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends

Shipping times may take longer during sale periods with a delay of up to 2 business days

Order Process Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days

 

Defective Items

Solid Scent highly values the importance of meeting your expectations by providing you with the highest quality of products. Claims regarding defective products may be made within 7 days of receiving the product and replacements may be offered upon receiving your claim. 

Please take note that a dislike of the scent does not qualify as a defective item and cannot be replaced.

In the event that an order is lost, we kindly ask that you wait 7 days after the expected delivery time before making a claim. If you still have not received your order after the 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the issue immediately.

 

Change of Mind  

At Solid Scent, we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to a change or mind. This includes purchasing an incorrect item or no longer wanting a product.

 

Applying for a Return

Please contact us on any of our platforms to apply for a return. Your request will be evaluated and, if accepted, a team member will get back to you with an approval and an address to send the product back to. 

Please keep in mind that Solid Scent reserves the right to decline any return requests if the product has been used or damaged. In addition to this, shipping costs for returns will not be covered by Solid Scent and will be the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned within 14 days once a return approval has been granted.
